Responsibilities

Build and implement an enterprise‑wide intake process for system change requests, IT projects, enhancement requests, and process improvement opportunities
Develop prioritization frameworks and governance standards to ensure transparent, value‑driven decision‑making across departments
Establish scoring models, evaluation criteria, workflow standards, SLAs, and decision‑making cadences for portfolio management
Maintain the enterprise portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy, operational needs, and capacity
Lead and coordinate enterprise projects spanning technology, data, operations, customer experience, and process optimization
Translate business needs into project requirements, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Ensure cross‑functional alignment on project scope, success criteria, dependencies, and change impacts
Facilitate UAT, stakeholder reviews, rollout planning, and adoption tracking across departments
Support corporate training programs: help design, coordinate, and execute company-wide training initiatives (e.g., Salesforce Lightning user training, Five9 agent/supervisor certification, etc.), internal workshops, e-learning modules, certification tracking, and ongoing refreshers to maximize system utilization and proficiency
Conduct current‑state assessments, map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design improved processes that reduce friction and increase quality
Apply structured problem‑solving approaches (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to redesign processes across all departments
Pilot improvements, measure results, and scale validated solutions across the business
Partner closely with business / department leaders to gather enhancement needs and improvement opportunities
Act as a connector between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and fast issue resolution
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and technology partners during project work or improvement cycles
Track and report on portfolio status, project progress, adoption, process efficiency improvements, KPIs, and ROI
Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints
Maintain clear and accessible documentation (roadmaps, process maps, charters, prioritization logs, change summaries, etc.)
Establish scalable systems, workflows, and documentation that support future PMO and process excellence team growth
Mentor colleagues and business users in project readiness, process mapping, intake quality, and effective cross‑functional collaboration
Lay the groundwork for future team roles (project managers, analysts, process specialists)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in enterprise project management, business process improvement, or portfolio governance
Proven ability to build frameworks, systems, intake models, or cross‑functional operating rhythms from the ground up
Strong understanding of technology‑enabled business processes and systems (CRM, ERP, data, contact center, operations)
Experience leading cross‑functional enterprise initiatives and driving measurable operational improvements
Familiarity with prioritization frameworks, business case development, and value scoring models
Experience with process mapping, workflow redesign, and structured improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
