Required
human resource generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
ability to be collaborative, proactive and results oriented
strong communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization
strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance
strong understanding of personnel and compliance records management
strong analytical and problem solving skills
ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR
