Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for all end users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and voice/data communication issues
Escalate incidents to appropriate teams when necessary
Create clear, concise, and informative support tickets
Track, monitor, and follow up on all tickets through to resolution
Deliver timely updates and maintain strong customer communication
Qualification
Required
Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Ability to write technical support documentation
Strong computer proficiency across hardware and software technologies
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Prior customer service, call center, help desk, or desktop support experience required
