Responsibilities
Take ownership of ServiceNow security tickets from testing through release
Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender settings
Execute assigned security tasks quickly and accurately
Validate configurations and document completed work for review
Support endpoint security installation, tuning, and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft security tools (Microsoft Purview)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook with emphasis on email security controls
Experience with endpoint security using Microsoft Defender or similar cloud-based tools
Background working in a Microsoft E5 Premium environment
Ability to follow direction precisely and execute independently
Preferred
Exposure to compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX)
Basic PowerShell knowledge
Microsoft security certifications (SC-900, SC-300, SC-400)
