Responsibilities
Support recruiting, onboarding, and people programs that shape the employee experience from day one
Assist with interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring process improvements
Partner with HR leaders on projects related to engagement, learning & development, and culture
Analyze people-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Help document and improve HR processes to make work simpler and faster for teammates
Qualification
Required
Graduating Summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree
Internship start date in our June 2026 cohort
Strong grit and learning mentality when faced with challenging projects, unfamiliar technology, and ambiguous business problems
Willingness to innovate by exercising discernment, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and creativity using limited information
Bias to action and a committed, intrinsically motivated effort toward raising the bar through constant learning and improvement
Ability to collect, mine, and manipulate data from disparate data sources, with a willingness to dig deeper and understand the process that creates data
Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and behavior changes through analytical capabilities and data-driven solutions, and the ability to measure and analyze the impact of these solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and capability of coming up with creative ideas to create value for consumers and businesses
Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated
