Responsibilities
Work with internal team to develop briefs and execute work for new assignments
Support the team in the delivery of final media ready artwork files
Work with internal teams, account and creative to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards
To work with clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately, to proactively deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output
Mentor juniors to facilitate their development, including but not limited to their creative and technical skill, to increase productivity and enhanced staff morale
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GenAI trainings and changes in best practises & technology, both in terms of platform, art tools, and new techniques
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience working as a designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group or design firm, preferably in Beauty & Fashion
Creative experience with generative AI preferable
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements
Ability to actively listen & work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members
Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure, and relationship builder
Proficient in Adobe Workfront, Microsoft 365, and related software
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools
Experience in Gen AI tools and asset
