They are seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead the Integrations team, responsible for enhancing Q2’s digital banking platform through third-party integrations and ensuring high reliability of applications and services.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineers; manage planning through release and monitoring
Implement and maintain CI/CD (e.g., GitLab/Jenkins) and automated testing
Ensure reliability and crash‑free performance with monitoring and reporting
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams on roadmaps
Drive continuous improvement and cross‑org initiatives for cost and performance
Qualification
Required
~10 years total experience (Sr Manager level); advanced degree with 6+ acceptable
2–5 years managing and developing employees
Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills; banking domain a plus
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English

Preferred
Experience with C# .Net and Golang preferred
Experience with building API-first services and integrating with external APIs is preferred
