Responsibilities

Receive training and mentorship from experienced investment professionals while expanding your knowledge of markets and the economy

Partner with portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders to perform in-depth industry and company research, analyze and optimize portfolios and learn how to take risk through trades

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree candidates with a strong academic record in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related STEM degree

Spring/Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduates. Recent graduates and those who are early in their career will also be considered

Hungry, proactive, and avid learner with strong work ethic

Demonstrated knowledge of curiosity about fixed income analytics and markets

Solid experience in the development and construction of formula-drive spreadsheets such as Excel, including pivot tables and macros. Experience in coding or scripting languages a plus

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work successfully across the Fixed Income platform and the Firm

Minimum GPA of 3.5
