Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Maintain accurate bookkeeping for multiple clients, including reconciliations, journal entries, and tax prep support
Assist with client communications, meetings, and financial performance discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated client services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping; prior public accounting experience a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar)
Preferred
CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
Experience with e-commerce, inventory, or SaaS platforms a plus
