Responsibilities
Assist with estimating for all construction-related projects
Review drawings, scopes, and specifications to perform quantity takeoffs
Request, review, and compare subcontractor and vendor pricing
Help assemble budgets, estimates, and bid packages
Track pricing changes, scope clarifications, and revisions
Assist Project Managers with project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
Support coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Help track change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Maintain organized project files and cost logs
Assist with progress reporting and job cost updates
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in construction, estimating, or project coordination (commercial experience preferred)
Basic understanding of construction documents, drawings, and scopes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and PDFs
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of tasks
Able to learn new software applications
Preferred
Experience with hotel, multifamily, or commercial renovation projects
Exposure to estimating software or project management software
Familiarity with subcontractor bid processes
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent field experience
