Responsibilities
Perform timely and accurate data entry into various systems, data bases, spreadsheets
Troubleshoot discrepancies. Perform follow up
Provide information as requested
Provide training to a backup
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Administrative Assistance and Support
High School diploma or GED
Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
