Responsibilities
Own & ship features end‑to‑end across backend (Node + Postgres) and a React frontend, using AI coding background and foreground agents as much as possible
Stand up new PMS integrations and latency/uptime targets as we scale from thousands to millions of API calls per day
Pair with customers to surface pain points and ship fixes in hours
Prototype AI workflows that automate messaging, dynamic pricing, and ops for hosts
Qualification
Required
Strong fundamentals in at least one backend language (TypeScript, Go, Rust, Python, etc.) and willingness to learn the rest fast
Hungry, curious, and comfortable with minimal structure
Bias for shipping: fast feedback, tight loops
Thrive in high‑intensity environments
Built impressive solo or side projects
