Responsibilities
Define and add components to the standard component library in 3D Experience (3DX)
Research wire harness components and collaborate with suppliers to gain technical insights
Assist in completing clip and connector rear views in the Capital Symbol Library
Support the development of 3DX modeling standards , particularly related to library interfaces
Manage new component requests through Jira , tracking progress and maintaining accurate status for all 3DX components and symbols
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience with 3D Experience (3DX), CATIA V6, or CATIA V5
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience electrifying electrical components for wire harnesses or standard parts libraries
C++ and EKL knowledge to support automation development within 3DX
Experience with Siemens Capital / Mentor Graphics
