7+ years expProgressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions. They are currently hiring a Sr. Manager of Infrastructure to lead the team responsible for cloud and hybrid infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and driving modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead the team responsible for cloud, hybrid infrastructure, networking, and platform services
Own engineering quality, architectural integrity, technical standards, and operational readiness of Infra platforms
Drive initiatives including modernization (EKS, EC2, VPC), Terraform IaC improvements, firewall modernization, DNS, certificates, and identity infrastructure
Manage core environments supporting production, staging, development, and shared services
Ensure secure, scalable, cost-efficient, compliant platforms
Maintain strong execution discipline with clear owners, deadlines, and accountability
Partner with SRE, Ops, Incident Management, InfoSec, and Engineering teams
Grow, mentor, and coach systems engineers; build a culture of accountability and craftsmanship
Qualification
Required
7+ years in infrastructure engineering; 3+ years in leadership
Strong AWS proficiency (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, WAF)
Experience driving large-scale infrastructure execution
Strong understanding of infra security and compliance (SOC2/SOX)
Excellent communication and execution discipline
Preferred
AWS certification (Solutions Architect or SysOps)
ITIL or service management experience
Experience in highly regulated, high-availability environments
Terraform / IaC tooling experience
