Responsibilities
Manage 3–5 concurrent IT projects across the SDLC lifecycle
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to meet scope, schedule, budget, and performance goals
Facilitate meetings and ensure clear documentation including:
Meeting minutes/transcripts
Milestones and progress tracking
RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
Budget tracking, estimates, and forecasting
Resource allocation and utilization
Drive project execution using Azure DevOps and Smartsheets (experience with MS Project, Jira, or similar tools also accepted)
Coordinate internal teams, onsite contractors, vendors, and business stakeholders
Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
Identify and mitigate risks; escalate issues appropriately
Ensure all project artifacts are accurately maintained in the project repository
Qualification
Required
PMP certification (must have)
7+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience
Strong IT background with SDLC and application-focused projects
Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Vendor management experience for IT projects
Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Proven strength in documentation, estimation, and budget/resource forecasting
