They are looking for an HR Analyst to join their Compensation & Market Insights Team to support the preparation, reporting, and maintenance of compensation and workforce data.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain standard compensation and HR reports, including head-count, pay distributions, and compensation cycle support
Support market data collection and research for job pricing and benchmarking activities
Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across compensation and HR datasets
Assist with annual compensation processes by preparing data files, templates, and system uploads
Respond to routine data and reporting requests from Compensation, HR, and Finance partners
Maintain documentation for reports, data definitions, and repeatable compensation and reporting processes
Partner with HRIS and People Analytics team members to support data readiness and system accuracy
Learn and apply compensation and workforce concepts (such as job leveling, market pricing, and pay ranges) over time with guidance from senior team members
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, HR operations, finance, or a related analytical role
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
Experience working with structured datasets and performing data validation or reporting
Curiosity and willingness to learn compensation concepts, market data analysis, and job pricing
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with HR systems or reporting tools (HRIS, Excel-based reporting, BI tools) is a plus
