Responsibilities
Understand project goals to make informed decisions and guide the team effectively
Lead and facilitate all core Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements)
Act as a servant leader and delivery coach, guiding agile best practices while enabling team ownership
Drive multiple concurrent projects, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accountability
Partner with business leads, customer success managers, and IT managers to co-own the delivery value to end users and stakeholders
Proactively identify and remove impediments that block progress or impact velocity
Build and maintain delivery dashboards and KPIs to track team performance, velocity, sprint health, and overall project status
Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and leadership
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities
Partner with the IT Manager, Product Owners, Customer Success Managers, and technical architects on quarterly PI planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM discipline
8 years of technical project management experience, including planning, executing, and closing enterprise projects
8 years of experience with technical workshops, project planning, work prioritization, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery
5 years of hands-on Agile/Scrum
5 years of business analysis and documentation of business requirements
5 years of performing gap analysis for Enterprise applications
5 years of hands-on Enterprise application development and system integration experience
5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including leading UAT, Solution, and Integration testing
5 years of hyper-support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and production support experience
5 years of customer-facing consulting experience, including managing multiple projects using SCRUM
Strong time management, work prioritization, and ability to shift priorities to meet deadlines and milestones
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in SQL and Azure DevOps
Agile Scrum Certified (CSM & CSPO)
Azure DevOps proficiency (using Azure to set up and run projects, create dashboards.)
Hands-on technical project management (leading large-scale projects, driving workshop for requirements elicitation and business discussions)
Experienced hands-on Scrum master experience (run scrum agile projects including executing all required ceremonies)
Salesforce projects, including Salesforce CRM experience
Hands-on project management of large-scale integrated solutions
