CIVILS PATCH MANAGER
MJ Quinn is a UK-based infrastructure services provider specializing in delivering comprehensive solutions across various industries. The Patch Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of OSA Civils projects, leading civils supervisors and engineers to achieve operational excellence and compliance with client specifications.
Fleet Management
Responsibilities
Liaise with Local Authorities, third party utility companies and the client to carry out JSM to discuss works and agree job specific conditions
Report progress to key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration
Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment
Manage works to ensure streetworks conditions and client timescales are met
Carry out regular site audits
Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and standards
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure a safe workplace
Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members
Manage and monitor reinstatement quality
Support civils supervisor and civils engineers completing works as per specification, overseeing excavation, backfill and reinstatement
Execute tasks with precision and efficiency to meet performance targets
Drive innovation and seek opportunities for continuous improvement
Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of your work
Through sustainable practices meet the needs of the business without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs

Qualification
Required
Experience in managing civils projects
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards
Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
Knowledge of environmental best practices
Proven track record of driving operational excellence
Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage and monitor reinstatement quality
Experience in liaising with local authorities and utility companies
Preferred
Experience in the telecommunications or utilities industry
Knowledge of Openreach standards and specifications
Experience with project management software
Relevant certifications in health and safety
Experience in sustainable practices within project management
