Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen referral and partnership relationships with accountants, advisors, and SMB service providers
Create bidirectional referral streams that expand Numera’s reach and partner value
Conduct structured conversations to uncover client needs and align Numera solutions to business goals
Communicate how Numera’s accounting and tax offerings solve client pain points and add long-term financial clarity
Partner with delivery and onboarding teams for smooth transition post-close and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and deal activity in Streak CRM
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity goals

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of sales experience, with a strong record in consultative selling, preferably in professional services, accounting, or financial solutions
Demonstrated ability to drive full-cycle sales with SMB customers
Comfort engaging referral partners and cultivating long-term business relationships
