Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end electrical design , including component selection , schematic design , circuit simulation , prototype evaluation , and unit/system-level testing
Develop and execute test engineering and test development activities using standard and custom electrical test equipment
Support product lifecycle activities: system integration testing , lifecycle testing , and engineering change orders (ECOs) in SAP for hardware, firmware, and embedded systems
Troubleshoot manufacturing and field issues using root cause analysis , driving quality and reliability improvements
Create and maintain compliant engineering documentation and technical product files
Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams, including NPI support with contract manufacturers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, custom electrical assembly design, and manufacturing support
Strong expertise in schematic design, engineering analysis, DFM/DFA, and reliability engineering
Proficiency with electronic assembly fabrication processes and regulated product development
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented
Preferred
Medical device experience preferred but not required
