Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between creative services and internal stakeholders
Manage the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of all creative projects
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time
Work closely with creative director and creative team members, along with cross-functional teams inside and outside of the Marketing department
Coordinate resources across design, copywriting, video, and other creative disciplines
Facilitate clear communication between creative teams and business partners
Track project progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Ensure quality standards are upheld across all creative outputs
Implement and refine project management processes to support scalability
Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership
Contribute to building a strong, collaborative team culture that supports growth and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within creative services, marketing, or agency environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Lytho, Monday.com, Jira) and familiarity with creative workflows
Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and adapt quickly to shifting demands
Experience building or refining processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and keep teams motivated through tight deadlines
Passion for creative work and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a larger team
