Fleet Purchasing Analyst

The role involves analyzing fleet purchase demand, collaborating with teams to implement yield strategies, and maintaining purchasing data to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

You analyze and determine fleet purchase demand by vehicle category and region based on the annual Fleet Yield Plan, ensuring alignment with pricing, yield, and operational objectives
You collaborate closely with Yield and Pricing teams to support fleet planning decisions and implement fleet yield strategies across assigned regions
You allocate fleet purchase volumes by balancing yield plans, supplier availability, financial targets, and supply-chain constraints
You document and maintain all fleet contract and purchasing data within internal systems, ensuring high standards of accuracy, process discipline, and data accessibility for stakeholders
You prepare and deliver recurring and ad-hoc fleet demand, sourcing, and performance reports for senior leadership and cross-functional partners
You support day-to-day purchasing operations by working with Fleet Procurement Specialists, Car Control, Fleet Controlling, Operations leadership, and international counterparts in Germany

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
experience developing financial models, demand forecasts, and allocation analyses
highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
communicate clearly and confidently
proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while anticipating issues and contributing new ideas
Fluency in English is required

Preferred

prior experience in analytics, demand planning, procurement, or supply chain environments
experience with SQL, Access, or similar data tools
Spanish, German, or additional languages are a plus
