Responsibilities

Own day-to-day field service across the local market: installations, corrective service, and preventive maintenance
Diagnose issues, restore uptime, and support sales initiatives; provide light customer training where appropriate
Communicate with operators, engineers, and leadership with clarity and professionalism
Represent Ellison Technologies ethically and consistently with our business standards
Manage cases and projects end to end, maintaining accurate records and technical documentation
Perform additional related duties as assigned
