Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards that provide visibility into key operational and financial metrics
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
Understand ERP structures and workflows to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment
Map processes, document workflows, and recommend automation or efficiency enhancements
Maintain and improve reporting documentation, data models, and SOPs
Partner with leadership to provide data-driven insights and scenario modeling
Ensure continuity of reporting and analytics during system transitions or migrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards
Qualification
Required
4-5+ years in data analytics, business systems, or operations analysis
Proficient Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and advanced Excel
SQL proficiency for querying, validating, and transforming data
Experience with OData, APIs, or system integrations
Ability to understand and document ERP structures and operational workflows
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience managing enhancements, gathering requirements, and supporting cross-functional projects
High adaptability and willingness to learn new systems quickly
Preferred
Experience with DOMO or other Reporting Platforms
Experience with system implementations or data migrations
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Knowledge of data governance, security, or compliance frameworks
