Responsibilities

Support production of various platforms by working with shop floor personnel, design engineering, quality engineering, industrial engineering, and other engineering disciplines
Provide support for all stages of a platform’s program lifecycle

Required

Must be a US Citizen
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field
Previous experience (or expressed interest) working in an Operations role in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience developing manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control

Preferred

Prior experience in a related industry preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and principles as well as work measurements and labor standards
Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint
