Responsibilities
Analyzing mechanical and manufacturing processes to identify efficiency, quality, and throughput improvements
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to support process evaluation and improvement efforts
Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to implement and document improvements
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree-granting program in a technical discipline, ideally Mechanical Engineering or Robotics Engineering
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Strong interest in mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical findings clearly
Preferred
Coursework or experience in statistics or data analysis preferred
Exposure to Python, 3D printing software, or rapid prototyping tools is a plus
