Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day process engineering for multiple production lines
Support new product and process development, plant trials, and scale‑ups
Create process documentation (PFMEA, control plans, flow maps, parameters)
Drive root‑cause investigations and continuous improvement
Establish data‑driven process limits and capability targets
Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, R&D, and Maintenance
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Engineering
2–5 years of processing/manufacturing experience (nonwovens/textiles a plus)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead process improvements
Preferred
Experience with CAD, APQP/PFMEA, ISO standards, or Six Sigma
