Piller Power Systems is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support their engineering and operations teams. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with internal departments and clients, and ensuring the timely delivery of technical documentation and product support.

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, resources, documentation, and communication from start to finish
Support Aftermarket Sales, Ground Power Equipment, and other product lines
Assist with technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools
Maintain organized document control, including manuals, drawings, and project folders
Collaborate with sales, engineering, service, and production teams
Coordinate scheduling, shipping, and customer communications
Occasionally assist with phone coverage and other general office duties

Qualification

Required

Experienced in project coordination or technical support, ideally in electrical or engineering fields
Skilled with MS Office (especially Excel and MS Project) and AutoCAD or similar drawing software
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
Able to work on-site full time in Middletown, NY

Preferred

German-to-English translation (technical documents)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL
Degree in engineering (electrical preferred)
Experience with Drafting
