Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of IT project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their professional growth
Collaborate closely with senior executives and crossfunctional teams to define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
Provide subject matter expertise in project management, offering insights, best practices, and guidance to your team
Oversee resource allocation, project prioritization, and technology investment decisions to align with business objectives
Ensure the consistent application of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance within your department
Qualification
Required
6 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team
Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar
Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives
Strong project portfolio management skills
A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices
