They are seeking an Engineering Lab Technician to perform hands-on testing and validation of electrical and electronic equipment in an engineering lab environment, supporting engineering teams with test setup, execution, and data collection.

Responsibilities
Perform hands-on testing and validation of electrical and electronic equipment in an engineering lab environment
Operate and troubleshoot common lab instruments including Digital Multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, and related electrical test equipment
Support engineering teams with test setup, execution, and data collection
Assist in testing activities involving electrical components and systems
Maintain lab equipment, ensure proper calibration, and follow safety and lab procedures
Document test results and support basic reporting activities
Provide hands-on support for engineering investigations and product validation efforts
Willingness to learn and support testing involving thermal chambers, vibration testing, and data acquisition systems (training will be provided)
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field is acceptable
Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience without a degree
1–3 years of relevant experience with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Strong hands-on experience with electrical lab equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc.)
Ability to work effectively in a lab and test environment
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfortable following test procedures and safety standards
Basic documentation and data recording skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Self-motivated, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Candidates with practical hands-on experience are strongly encouraged to apply, including: Field technicians, Military technical backgrounds, Industrial or laboratory technicians
