Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Technical Manager within the airport baggage handling or intralogistics sector
Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, baggage handling equipment, and intralogistics technology
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of directing multi-disciplinary technical teams
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system optimisation and troubleshooting
Ability to interpret technical drawings, system specifications, and engineering documentation
Experience managing client relationships and delivering technical projects on time and within budget
Awareness of safety standards and regulatory requirements related to airport and intralogistics environments
Preferred
Proficiency in project management tools and software
