Automation and Controls Technician - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
Supporting the effective operation of the Site’s operations and the facility-related control systems and instruments
Providing technical support to the Packaging, Manufacturing, and Facilities Maintenance teams
Collaborating with engineers, operators, and area leaders to deliver a variety of problem-solving efforts, continuous improvements, and capital projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum three (3) years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
Must be able to work or be on-call as needed during other/off shifts and weekends when facility, production, or equipment maintenance coverage is needed
Preferred
State accredited Journeyman
Associate degree in a technical subject area, completion of a technical school program, or equivalent formal technical education
Demonstrated understanding and operational familiarity with software and PLC/HMI systems
Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical cGMP maintenance practices
Detailed familiarity with the analysis and repair of electrical/electronic control systems
Working knowledge of pneumatic systems
