Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute onboarding for new Partner Network members
Serve as the primary point of contact during the critical first 90 days of membership
Educate members on available benefits, tools, programs, and resources
Drive early engagement and reduce time-to-value to support retention and renewal
Provide day-to-day relationship management for Gold-level members
Respond to routine inquiries, requests, and follow-ups
Proactively assist members with platform navigation, scheduling, and benefit utilization
Identify and escalate complex issues while resolving the majority independently
Support Relationship Managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and follow-up communications
Assist with Premier Partner onboarding and ongoing coordination
Assist with special projects, including retention initiatives, recruiting efforts, outreach campaigns, lead generation, and market research
Conduct lead searches to identify prospective Partner Network members
Research potential companies and analyze competitive and market data
Support sales and recruiting initiatives through data gathering and outreach preparation
Analyze membership and engagement data and provide actionable insights to the team
Assist with customer service activities related to the Partner Network
Support marketing efforts aimed at increasing Partner Network visibility and engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate experience
0 to 2 years of internship or early professional experience supporting a sales or revenue-driving function
Strong business development aptitude with an understanding of sales and relationship management processes
Excellent research and analytical skills, including lead generation and data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills for member, partner, and internal collaboration
Customer service–oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with members and partners
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience working with CRM systems (Nimble preferred)
Ability to travel (less than 20%)

Preferred

Familiarity with ABA products, services, and the Partner Network model
Experience supporting membership-based organizations, partnerships, or professional services teams
Ability to analyze data and generate clear, actionable reports
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take on new responsibilities
