Commercial BDR Manager

The Commercial Business Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting new and existing BDRs and Growth Specialists to meet specific business goals on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
Ensures specific business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Works cross functionally with teams outside of Sales, especially Marketing
Defines pipeline goals
Provides sales coaching to BDRs and/or Growth Specialists
Monitors e-commerce market
Assists with refining processes
Implements feedback from other departments or external customers
Drives system and process efforts in generating and closing new business
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Passion for training and development
You've already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you're excited to dive in and learn fast
You're hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient
Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up
2+ years of Business Development and/or Account Executive experience - experience in high-transaction sales preferred
Proven track record of being a consistent top sales performer - experience in the MarTech space a plus
1+ years of team lead and/or management experience, a plus
High school diploma or equivalent work experience, a Bachelor's degree or above a plus
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
