Close partnership with executive leadership to translate vision into people systems, programs, and capability
Qualification
Required
Senior talent or leadership development leader with enterprise scope
Experience building leadership programs, not just administering them
Strong executive presence and credibility with C-suite leaders
Background that blends talent acquisition understanding with deep development expertise
