Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, banking, reporting)
Own month-end close, financial statements, and cash flow management
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements
Manage and mentor a small accounting/admin team
Partner with leadership on financial strategy and operational improvements
Serve as primary contact for external CPA, bank, auditors, lenders, and insurers
Optimize and integrate financial systems (QuickBooks Online, ERP, CRM)
Qualification
Required
CPA Required
5+ years of progressive accounting / controller-level experience
Strong mix of accounting expertise and technology/system fluency
Experience improving processes, reporting, and cash flow
Confident leader with a business-first mindset
