Responsibilities
Define and execute application integration migration plans, ensuring system and customer readiness
Own end-to-end migration communications, including customer emails and in-product messaging
Track migration progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies
Evaluate and enhance the integration migration experience to minimize customer impact
Provide structured status updates to stakeholders and ensure all customer-facing support content is current
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in platform migrations or application integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience in Technical Program Management within the tech industry
