The role involves conducting comprehensive analyses to support production goals, optimizing operations, and collaborating with Operations Leadership to implement improvements.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses to support production goals
Perform methods analysis, labor performance evaluations, standard data development, and cost estimating
Participate in man-loading and capacity studies, workflow assessments, make-vs-buy evaluations, and learning curve analyses to optimize operations
Drive improvements in production layout, labor cost metrics, and operating methods
Develop actionable plans for implementing new technologies, methodologies, and facility enhancements
Qualification
Required
Background in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Data-savvy, analytical thinker
Experience in Manufacturing/Union environment with shop floor experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices
Experience with Analytical and Project Planning Tools including MS Office suite of tools
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Tableau (SQL equivalent) & SAP software
Greenbelt Certified – experience leading process improvement activities
Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)
