Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact, fostering trust and rapport with the client
Drive adoption and consumption of SentinelOne products post-sales
Understand customer objectives and priorities and translate them into success criteria
Manage client expectations and negotiate resolutions for complex issues
Identify process gaps and implement SOPs for efficiency across delivery functions
Guiding each engagement from initial scope definition and project kickoff through detailed planning, execution, and final closure, ensuring all objectives are met
Translate customer priorities and technical requirements into actionable, measurable project deliverables
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and challenges
Deliver regular, comprehensive, and transparent updates on project status, key performance metrics, and any necessary escalations to both our clients and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management/Service Delivery role within Professional Services or a similar environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects, preferably involving SIEM implementations and migrations, for external clients
Experience with cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR), SOAR) is highly desirable
Solid understanding and practical experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage client expectations and complex issues
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor delivery teams
Preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong plus
