Responsibilities
Support implementation, migration, and ongoing maturity of ServiceNow EA, HAM, SAM, and CSDM frameworks
Perform day-to-day operational support for IT Asset Management processes and ServiceNow modules
Analyze business, technical, and data requirements to improve workflows, reporting, and governance
Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and process standards
Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to align ITAM strategy and execution
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on initiatives and system changes
Provide knowledge sharing and guidance to team members as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years of combined education and professional experience
Experience with ServiceNow modules, specifically EA, HAM, SAM, and CSDM principles
Strong business, technical, and data analytics experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
ServiceNow or related technical certifications
Experience supporting IT Asset Management or CMDB/CSDM initiatives
Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
