Full Stack Software Developer

The Full Stack Software Developer will work closely with a product manager and other team members to deliver high-quality software, emphasizing clean code and maintainability across the full stack.

Responsibilities
Feature Development: Independently design and implement well-scoped user-facing features and back-end services, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to modern software development practices and industry standards
Integration: Develop and maintain robust APIs to support seamless communication between application components and external systems, ensuring reliability and scalability
Testing and Debugging: Debug and resolve issues efficiently, including investigating root causes and implementing durable fixes
Collaboration: Approach collaboration with empathy and professionalism as a reliable team player, communicating clearly and effectively
Team & Culture: Demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, and a respectful working style, contributing positively to team culture through reliability, humility, and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
Experience with a modern backend programming language (C#, Java, TypeScript, etc.)
Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, React, etc.)
Familiarity with relational databases and experience with SQL
Familiarity with REST APIs and testing tools
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and paradigms (xUnit, Jest, Puppeteer, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and basic administration
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools

Preferred
Experience with .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework
Experience with Typescript and modern Angular v16+
Experience with Azure administration and Bicep templates
Experience with system administration and cloud best practices
Experience with SQL Server, designing queries, schemas, and migrations
Experience with Gitlab DevOps tooling and deployment pipelines
Experience with machine learning concepts or analytics applications
Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker, Podman, etc.)
Familiarity with healthcare standards like FHIR, HL7 or other interoperability protocols
