Responsibilities
Leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, competitor strategies, and industry trends to provide actionable insights that guide executive decisions, shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge for the organization
Responsible for developing, articulating, and documenting business insights, with a strong customer focus, including the ability to think in terms of the customer service experience/perspective
Carries out complex assignments requiring in-depth working knowledge of business principles, programs, and procedures, and a solid understanding of relevant business issues
Qualification
Required

Carries out complex assignments requiring in-depth working knowledge of business principles, programs, and procedures, and a solid understanding of relevant business issues
Requires experience in research, data analysis, product marketing, product development, sales, or consulting
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, leadership, time management, and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
