Responsibilities
Serve as a hands-on Automation Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for business process automation projects
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine automation requirements, and document business process flows (As-Is/To-Be)
Analyze and assess potential automation opportunities and evaluate solution feasibility
Design, develop, implement, and support automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics)
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Automation Analysts, Visualization Analysts, and Data Modelers to deliver scalable, governed solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, benefit/impact analysis, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with governance, data management, and information security standards
Support ongoing operations by monitoring automations, managing support requests, handling change management, maintaining solution inventories, and troubleshooting issues
Learn and support business unit systems, operational processes, and contribute to Power BI/Power Platform Communities of Excellence (COEs)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools
Hands-on experience specializing in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Ability to gather and refine automation requirements
Experience in documenting business process flows (As-Is/To-Be)
Ability to analyze and assess potential automation opportunities
Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions
Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, benefit/impact analysis, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
Knowledge of compliance with governance, data management, and information security standards
Experience in monitoring automations, managing support requests, handling change management, maintaining solution inventories, and troubleshooting issues
Willingness to learn and support business unit systems and operational processes
Preferred
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Automation Analysts, Visualization Analysts, and Data Modelers
Contribution to Power BI/Power Platform Communities of Excellence (COEs)
