You’ll own the Finance side of D365
Troubleshooting
Improving
Configuring
Guiding others
Making things cleaner and smarter over time
Day to day, you’ll support core finance modules like GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and reporting
You’ll handle deeper Level 2 and 3 issues, partner with the business to gather requirements, roll out enhancements, and make sure updates and deployments don’t disrupt operations
You’ll also mentor junior analysts and help raise the bar for the whole support team
Qualification
Required
5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Strong understanding of finance processes including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and reporting
Experience handling Level 2 and Level 3 ERP support and troubleshooting
SQL skills and comfort working with data
Experience with Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps
Ability to work onsite in Houston
Preferred
Power BI or Power Platform experience
D365 Supply Chain exposure
Integrations or API experience
Dynamics certifications
