Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to identify user pain points and digital adoption opportunities
Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support
Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences
Conduct user behavior analysis using WalkMe Insights and analytics dashboards
Troubleshoot and resolve WalkMe technical issues or script conflicts with underlng web applications
Qualification
Required
Experience of 4 - 8 years in WalkMe development
Ability to design, develop, and optimize digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP)
Experience in creating in-app guidance, automations, and analytics
Ability to enhance user adoption and engagement through WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements
Experience in partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to identify user pain points and digital adoption opportunities
