Detection & response maturity (SIEM, SOC partnerships, threat hunting)
Building scalable operating models driven by metrics and automation
Secure enablement of AI adoption
Hiring and scaling the security team throughout 2026
Driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, IT, Product Security, GRC, and Legal
Qualification
Required
Senior security leader with deep technical roots (not purely GRC or vendor management)
Experience running security operations and engineering teams
Proven success scaling teams and raising the performance bar
Comfortable operating in 'wartime' environments — aggressive timelines, high ownership, fast pace
Strong background across modern security architecture (IAM, cloud security tooling, detection engineering, incident response)
