Responsibilities
Execution of high-throughput cell-based assays using primary immune cells isolated from PBMC
Follow established protocols and aid in assay optimization
Operation of liquid handling systems (Hamilton Vantage) to carry out high-throughput flow cytometry staining
Document experiments in the electronic lab notebook
Carry-out data analysis and communicate data to key stakeholders
Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Execution of high-throughput cell-based assays using primary immune cells isolated from PBMC
Follow established protocols and aid in assay optimization

Preferred
BS degree with 4 years experience in immunology research, specifically T cell immunology
Cell culture experience with primary cells (PBMCs) with knowledge of specific immune cell type isolations using MACS (Monocytes, CD4+ T cells, B cells)
Experience performing ELISA and ELISPOT
Familiar with automating cell-based assays
Detailed knowledge of multi-color flow cytometry operation and data analysis, including experience performing intracellular cytokine staining
Presents scientific/technical information within the group and across functions
