1. Python Experience
2. Kubernetes Experience
3. Terraform Experience
4. Docker or Ansible for seamless deployment
5. SPLUNK or Datadog Experience
6. Deep hands-on expertise with AWS DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards) for CI/CD automation and code deployment
7. Strong experience with build tools for Java, JavaScript, Maven, NPM
8. Strong experience developing build scripts using the tools that integrate well with AWS
9. Skilled in AWS infrastructure administration, including resource groups, networking, security, scaling, and monitoring
10. Interfacing with MySQL and Snowflake, and can script tools to manage them, move data, and maintain scalable playbooks
11. Strong skills in scripting various actions for deployment processes - data pipelines, managing servers
12. Strong experience in using and integrating with Git processes, scripting with it
13. Strong experience with managing backups, multi-region hosting – familiarity with various DR tools
14. Strong grasp of ITIL change management, DevSecOps principles, and release governance frameworks
