Assistant Center Administrator

Behavioral Innovations is a company dedicated to providing center-based ABA therapy and is seeking an Assistant Center Administrator to manage daily operations. This role involves overseeing staffing, scheduling, and financial metrics while ensuring a nurturing environment for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency on finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling and overall growth
Responsible for new hire orientation, hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff, except our BCBAs
Block schedules out a month in advance for staff and clients
Work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the evaluation and development of existing and new therapy services
Maintain a center culture that provides a nurturing learning environment while overseeing the daily operations including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, meeting financial metrics and growth of facility
Approve all tours assigned by Intake
Maintain clean well-kept facility with all issues addressed within 24 hours
Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary
Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment
Confirm accurate coding
Staff Development and Training
Communication with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers

Required

Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background
Operation Management: Client Management and Management of Others
Bachelor's degree in business related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field
Understanding P&L, AR/AP, Billing Disputes, and Collections
Quality Customer Service - outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results
Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills
Flexible with a schedule to accommodate business needs
Must be present at the center during business hours
