Responsibilities
Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Manage and maintain Agile backlogs, sprint plans, roadmaps, and productivity metrics
Use JIRA to create and manage user stories, tasks, issue linking, sprint tracking, and reporting
Apply servant leadership principles to coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement
Support Agile delivery through work prioritization, dependency management, and stakeholder collaboration
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, processes, and performance standards
Maintain a current Scrum Master certification and provide required documentation and compliance details
Qualification
Required
Should have Minimum 12+ years of experience
Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
